Blanchardville: "Hard" Cider Tasting at River Valley tomorrow

BLANCHARDVILLE - Traditional cider is a refreshing fermented beverage that is making a reemergence in the United States. Join Mineral Point orchardists Deirdre Birmingham and John Biondi as they lead a tasting of various imported and domestic ciders at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at River Valley Trading Company in Blanchardville.

Also known as "hard" cider, this drink has a long history both here and abroad.
