BLANCHARDVILLE - The Goose Chaser Farm in rural Wisconsin will start their culinary workshops on March 29.
Stef Culberson, corporate food stylist, German trained chef and owner of The Goose Chaser Farm, will host the weekend classes every last Saturday of the month.
The first workshop on March 29 will explore the Pomegranate, the mystic fruit and ancient fruit of love. Class participants will learn how to make their own Pomegrante syrup, to use in cocktails or fruit spritzers, how to create a flavorful chicken dish and a ruby-red Pomegranate jellie.
