Blanchardville: Gnarly Oaks restaurant welcomes new chef

BLANCHARDVILLE - The Gnarly Oak Restaurant announces Chef William Buss will lend his culinary talents to the Yellowstone Golf Course. Buss' background goes back over 24 years - starting out at the Walker House and Chesterfield Inn in Mineral Point and most recently, the Belmont Travel Center. He describes his style as "American Nouveau" - an eclectic blending of all types of cuisine's and cooking styles that work well together. He enjoys preparing local foods as well as classic gourmet dishes.

Buss lives in Shullsburg with his wife, Stacy, and four boys, Spenser, Cody, Tanner and Cooper. In his off time, he enjoys camping and fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
