SOUTH WAYNE - Twelve members of the Black Hawk Forensics team competed at the Wisconsin High School Forensics Association's state festival on Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Receiving a perfect gold rating with a score of "25" was Tessa Cushman in Serious Solo Acting. Receiving silver ratings with a score of "24" were Josh Quinn in Moments in History; Marissa Monson in Special Occasion Speaking; Braytn Meythaler, Jordan Monson, Ryan Quinn and Blaine Wolff in Group Interpretation; and Alyse Metz, Brooke Moore, and Justin Wiegel in Group Interpretation.
