German Interest Group to meet on Monday
JANESVILLE - The German Interest Group will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, March 5 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 2921 Mt. Zion Ave.
Guest speaker will be Gunter Tadje, a native of Hannover, Germany, who will speak on his childhood, the Germany of today and the journey of his life.

American Legion to host Kalberwurst buffet
MONROE - Zilmer-Riley American Legion Unit No. 84 is hosting a Kalberwurst buffet from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 7 at the post home, 1627 12th Ave.
The menu includes Kalberwurst, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, provinciale, apple sauce, jello salads, rolls, butter, assorted bars and beverages.
Prices are $9 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under. Proceeds go toward "Treats for our Troops."
