MONROE - The 41st annual Apostolate to the Handicapped "Christmas Party for the Handicapped" is set for Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Monroe Senior High School, Monroe. All handicapped and elderly persons are invited.

"The gift you have received, give as a gift" is the theme and title of the annual Christmas party for the handicapped.
