Arleigh and Mary Lou Hansen, Argyle (formerly of rural South Wayne), will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday, May 3.

Hansen and Mary Lou Lemberger were married May 3, 1969, at St. James Lutheran Church in Verona.

They have three children, Valerie Hansen, Verona; Gregory (Jennifer) Hansen, Fitchburg; and Julie (Nick) Vande Hei, Wauwatosa. They also have four grandchildren.

They celebrated with a small family dinner on April 25.
