Albany library offers use of scanning equipment

ALBANY - Albertson Memorial Library in Albany will have specialized scanning equipment available May 17-22 for patrons to scan and save digital copies of personal photos, slides or negatives.

Scanners will be available for one-hour sessions. Patrons need to bring a USB device on which to save the digital photos after scanning is complete. There is no cost to use the equipment.

Call the library at 608-862-3491 or email albanypl@tds.net to reserve a one-hour session. Library staff will assist patrons with the equipment as much as possible during each session.

Albertson Memorial Library is located at 200 N. Water St.
