MONROE - The Korean War Veterans of Green County will observe the 60th anniversary of the signing of the Korean War Armistice at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27 at Pleasant View Veterans Memorial Park.

The event, which is open to the public, will include the reading of the eight names from Green County that were killed in action during the Korean War.
