4-H club celebrates after busy summer

MONROE — The Next Generation 4-H Club held its third annual pool party at the Recreation Park Aug. 12 in Monroe. The party is held as an event to unwind and relax after a very busy 4-H year with community service projects, fundraisers and the county fair.  The highlight of the party is when club members enjoy the pool before having a picnic and social time.  

Members have a chance to talk about the year, as well as the county and state fair. A display of the club’s activities in photos will be on display from Oct. 1 to 7, at the Wisconsin Bank and Trust as part of National 4-H week, for those who would like to learn more about the club.
