Redbirds aiming for gold

With Darlington clinging to a one-point lead, senior defensive back Dane Siegenthaler didn't need to be reminded that blanket coverage would be required on Edgar tight end Austin Borchardt as the Wildcats gambled and went for a two-point conversion.

Siegenthaler intercepted a two-point conversion pass in the end zone with 1 minute, 35 seconds to go to help Darlington preserve a thrilling 21-20 win over No. 1 ranked Edgar.
