BRODHEAD - Erin Nyhus isn't the tallest player to go through the Brodhead girls basketball program. Nor is she the fastest. But according to head coach Brian Kammerer, no one works harder.
MONROE - Two Cheesemakers punched their tickets to the WIAA state wrestling tournament this past weekend - seniors Dempzy Foley, at 182 pounds, and heavyweight Tyson Welsch. Joining the Monroe wrestlers will be Jackson Hauri and Trent Davis of Brodhead-Juda, Brandon Lange and Nolan Kicmol of Evansville-Albany and Joe Qualgia of Sugar River.
