The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department held its Basketball with the Cheesemakers program Feb. 26. More than 60 children in 5K through eighth grade attended and worked with the high school boys and girls basketball players to sharpen their skills. Everyone received a Campion's Champion T-shirt sponsored by the Monsignor Thomas Campion Charitable Fund and got autographs from members of the Monroe High School basketball teams. Bradley Holst, 10, son of David and Cynthia Holst, works on shooting skills. (Photo supplied)
