I worked with Bill from 1996 until his retirement. He was one of the most pleasant poeple I have ever met. He was a hard worker, a man with much integrity and would do anything for family and friends. I will miss his frequent visits to my office, where we would mostly talk about family and current events. Rest in peace Bill - with kind thoughts for your family - Steve Lowrey
