Directly from Camp Randall Stadium, members of the University of Wisconsin Marching Band are bringing the Fifth Quarter to Main Street Monroe. They'll perform during intermission at Thursday's Concert on the Square. The John and Katie Baumann Inspiration Project is providing funding for concert intermissions and other special concert features throughout the season.
