Precocious Wins 1st Place at State Fair
Precocious, a teen girl band from Monroe, earned first place and $3,000 in prize money Friday in the Junior Amateur Talent Competition at the Wisconsin State Fair in Milwaukee. The group won first place at the Green County Fair in the teen division, which made them eligible for the state fair.
