Mayer Honored
At the beginning of Tuesday's Green County Board of Supervisors meeting, Mark Mayer of the University of Wisconsin-Extension was honored by co-workers for his more than three decades of work for agriculture and education in Green County. Jayne Butts, a longtime colleague of Mayer, handed him the award and thanked him for all he has done both at the UW-Extension office, as well as for those in the community. Monroe Clinic to change hands early
The plan to transfer sponsorship of Monroe Clinic at the beginning of next year was speedier than anticipated, and should be completely finalized by the end of the year.
